Purchasing Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement and installation process for our interior design projects. This role is responsible for managing FF&E purchasing from specification through installation while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and deliver an exceptional client experience.What You'll DoManage the full purchasing process for FF&E, décor, finishes, and materials.Issue and track purchase orders while maintaining budget accuracy.Coordinate with Project Managers and the design team on procurement schedules and project deadlines.Manage shipping, receiving, storage, delivery, and installation logistics.Track backorders, damaged goods, and missing items through resolution.Reconcile purchasing with project budgets using QuickBooks.Maintain installation schedules and project inventories in WIN Trade.Build and manage relationships with vendors, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors.Maintain purchasing documentation, vendor records, insurance certificates, and W-9s.Continuously improve purchasing processes and operational workflows.QualificationsProven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.Interior design, architecture, furniture, or construction industry experience preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with QuickBooks and WIN Trade (or similar purchasing software) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferredIf you're a highly organized professional who enjoys bringing complex design projects to life through exceptional procurement and vendor management, we'd love to hear from you.This position is being handled by Source Recruiting.
