Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Purchasing Manager to lead and manage the hotel’s procurement function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and supplier performance.The ideal candidate should demonstrate:Strong negotiation and commercial skillsStrategic sourcing and supplier managementCost-control and analytical capabilityStrong market knowledge and supplier networkContract managementExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to challenge prices and obtain genuine market valueStrong leadership and team-management skillsIntegrity and ethical decision-makingAbility to work under pressure and meet operational deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsProactive and results-oriented approachAbility to balance cost, quality and operational requirementsPreference will be given to candidates who have:Experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel.Experience managing a sizeable hotel purchasing operation.Strong UAE supplier relationships and market knowledge.Experience in hotel renovations or major CAPEX/FF&E projects.Experience managing food and beverage procurement.Demonstrated success in reducing procurement costs while maintaining quality.Experience working with international hotel brands and their procurement standards.
