The company offers opportunities to work on complex projects in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for our Bangalore manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply of RF components, raw materials, and electronic assemblies that support our defence and commercial production lines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, RF components, electromechanical parts, and consumables for manufacturing operationsDevelop and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors, including for import of specialized RF/defence-grade componentsNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and lead timesEnsure vendor compliance with quality standards, especially for defence-grade and export-controlled materialsCoordinate with production, quality, and stores teams to align procurement with production schedules and inventory levelsTrack and manage import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for defence procurement (as applicable)Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply base and reduce single-source dependencyMonitor market trends, component availability, and pricing fluctuations to proactively manage supply riskMaintain accurate purchase records, vendor evaluations, and procurement reportsSupport cost reduction initiatives and supplier consolidation effortsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Electronics/Electrical background preferred)5-10 years of experience in procurement/purchase management, ideally in electronics, RF/wireless, defence, or manufacturing industriesStrong understanding of import procurement, vendor management, and negotiationFamiliarity with ERP systems for procurement and inventory managementKnowledge of defence procurement processes and compliance requirements is a plusExcellent communication and vendor relationship management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with cross-functional teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge RF and defence technologyExposure to both domestic defence manufacturing and international business (through our Canadian subsidiary, Til-Tek Antennae)Collaborative work environment in a growing, publicly listed company
