Team members join a growing company that values innovation, service quality, and operational excellence.Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Purchasing Manager will monitor inventory levels, analyze purchasing data, and coordinate with operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with project needs and budgets. The role also involves evaluating vendor performance, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. In addition, the Purchasing Manager will support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to improving operational efficiency across Food & Beverage and Valet Parking projects.QualificationsStrong skills in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation, with experience in managing purchasing cycles from sourcing to delivery.Ability to conduct market research, analyze pricing and cost structures, and support strategic purchasing decisions.Competence in inventory management, demand forecasting, and budgeting to align purchases with operational and financial plans.Proficiency with ERP or purchasing systems, spreadsheets, and general business software for tracking orders and generating reports.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; professional purchasing or supply chain certifications are an advantage.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.What we're looking for6+ years in procurement, with at least 3 in F&B, hospitality, or food distributionStrong negotiation skills and a proven record of cost savingsSolid knowledge of local and regional food supply marketsExperience with ERP/procurement systems and advanced ExcelBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldFluent in Arabic and EnglishGCC market experience and an established supplier network preferred
