We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven background in purchasing and supply chain management.Job Summary:We're seeking a Purchasing Manager to develop and implement purchasing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of materials. This role requires a strong technical background, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies and processes- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and materials- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective purchasing strategies- Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of materials- Develop and maintain purchasing metrics and reportsLeadership Qualities:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Data-driven approach to decision-making- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectsQualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role- Solid understanding of purchasing principles and practices- Experience with purchasing software and systems (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
