We’re a team of 250+ people across 8 countries, and every day we build businesses, products, and projects we’re proud of :)We are part of the international holding company ASBIS, a distributor of IT products.What do we do?- Trade-In is a service that allows customers at our partners’ stores to trade in their devices and receive a discount on a new gadget or a gift card.- Buying back devices from companies is a service that helps businesses of any size and type turn devices they no longer need into cash—quickly, safely, and in an eco-friendly way.- Device Refurbishment — our AI-powered robotic production facility holds three international ISO certifications and meets the industry’s latest Industry 5.0 standards. This is how we guarantee the quality of every device we sell.- We also have our own retail stores and an online store.Our partners include major electronics chains, telecom operators, IT companies, as well as authorized Apple and Samsung partners.Key responsibilities:Developing and executing purchasing strategies 2nd life Business to achieve the company's mid-term goal of becoming the leading company of 2nd life sales in UGCIS and generating net profit from operations.Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Find and building partnership with suppliers used electronics.Collaborating with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products.Review and maintain good record of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts, etc.) to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.Contract management to include all aspects (e.g. administer, review, manage, file, evaluate, analyze, and negotiate).Compile data from variety of sources for analyzing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and monitoring of purchasing processes.

Requirements
