WE ARE HIRINGPURCHASE MANAGERThe Creek Resort & Spa, Santiniketan📍 Location: Bolpur, Santiniketan, West Bengal💰 Salary: ₹30,000/- per month (In-Hand)🏨 Industry: Hospitality / ResortRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage the complete purchasing function of our resort, ensuring timely procurement, quality control and cost-effective sourcing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day purchasing for Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa and General OperationsSource and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and qualityMaintain approved vendor lists and develop new supplier relationshipsCompare quotations and ensure proper purchase approvalsMonitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and department headsEnsure timely delivery of materials and suppliesVerify quality, quantity and specifications of received goodsMaintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices and related documentationControl purchasing costs and minimise wastageCoordinate closely with Stores, Accounts and OperationsEnsure compliance with resort purchasing proceduresCandidate Profile2–5 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience, preferably in a hotel or resortStrong knowledge of hospitality procurement and local vendor marketsGood negotiation and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Excel / inventory systems / IDS Ability to manage multiple requirements and urgent procurement efficientlyHonest, organised and detail-orientedWhat We Offer₹30,000/- In-Hand per MonthWork with a growing luxury resort in SantiniketanOpportunity for professional growthApply NowSend your CV/Resume to:mail - gm.santiniketan@thecreekresorts.comweb - https://www.thecreekresorts.com/career.phpThe Creek Resort & SpaSantiniketan
