Purchasing Manager

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and supplier negotiations to order monitoring and delivery. In this role, you will work closely with different departments to ensure purchasing needs are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time.The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong negotiation and supplier management skills. You should be able to balance cost, quality, and delivery requirements while managing multiple requests and building reliable supplier partnerships in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to meet internal and external merchandise needs.Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure value while maintaining product quality and compliance with specifications.Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, including price lists, purchase orders, supplier contracts, and related records.Review and analyze quotations and product details to make data-driven purchasing decisions.Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requested specifications and quantities.Regularly assess supplier performance based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare regular reports and updates on procurement activities for management review.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.Strong coordination and communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Willing to work onsite along Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.Available to start ASAP.
