This role reports directly to the CFO and will oversee purchasing operations, supplier relationships, inventory management, and cost-saving initiatives while partnering closely with operations and production.ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing and procurement activitiesNegotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreementsBuild and maintain vendor relationshipsMonitor inventory levels and purchasing requirementsCoordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveriesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and process improvementsSupport inventory accuracy and cycle count initiativesPartner with operations, warehouse, and finance teamsResolve supplier issues and delivery challengesAnalyze purchasing trends and inventory dataQualifications5+ years of purchasing/procurement experienceManufacturing experience strongly preferredExperience with vendor negotiations and supplier managementInventory management experienceERP experienceStrong Excel skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsIndustries including manufacturing, food & beverage, packaging, distribution, wholesale, and other inventory-driven environments are encouraged to apply.
