Purchasing Manager - Turkish Speaker

A leading hospitality entity is looking to hire an experienced Purchasing Manager to join its team in UAE.About the RoleThe Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement, supplier management, receiving and inventory processes, ensuring all purchasing activities are cost-effective, efficient and aligned with the company’s operational and financial standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality procurement, with experience across restaurants, hotels or hospitality groups. The role requires strong supplier relationships, commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities in line with company policies and approved proceduresMaintain and develop relationships with approved suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunitiesSource products, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and monitor market trendsProcess purchasing requests and market lists from operational departmentsPrepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of products, pricing and quotationsMonitor purchasing against approved budgets and obtain the necessary approvals for out-of-budget requirementsOversee receiving processes and ensure deliveries meet required quality, quantity and specification standardsMonitor outstanding deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and internal departmentsTrack supplier price changes and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved commercial termsMaintain accurate purchasing records, invoices and supporting documentationSupport inventory management, stock checks and investigation of variancesEnsure purchasing and inventory systems are accurately maintained and updatedWork closely with Finance and operational teams to maintain effective cost control and transparent procurement processesSupport the development and implementation of purchasing procedures and best practicesMaintain strong awareness of market conditions, supplier availability and product pricingRequirementsProven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager or similar role within hospitalityPrevious experience within a restaurant, hotel, hospitality group or similar high-end hospitality environment is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of hospitality purchasing, procurement, supplier management and inventory processesProven experience negotiating with suppliers and managing commercial relationshipsStrong understanding of F&B products and hospitality supply chainsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in purchasing, procurement or inventory management systemsStrong financial awareness and experience working with budgets and cost controlExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesFluent in English and TurkishUAE hospitality experience is preferredDue to the confidential nature of the role, further details about the company and position will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
