We are currently in search of an experienced Purchasing Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the procurement operations of the organization, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, supplier performance management, and compliance with company policies and local regulations in the U A E.Title : Purchasing Supervisor/Supply Chain Manager
Location: JAFZA, DubaiIndustry Preference : Industrial Machinery Manufacturing / HVAC / Industrial Refrigeration / Heavy Machinery or Similar onlyQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience in the Middle East market, preferably in Dubai/U A E.Strong knowledge of local supplier networks and import/export procedures.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) are an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily purchasing activities and ensure smooth procurement operations.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers locally and internationally.Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier reviews.Establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers.Monitor purchasing budgets and control costs.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and U A E regulations.Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.Prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
