Prospective team members join a mission-driven company that values innovation, environmental responsibility, and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Project Engineer at MRES Renewable Energy will support the planning, design, and implementation of renewable energy projects, with a focus on electrical systems and sustainability-focused solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and technical documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and assisting in site assessments and system design activities. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work from home combined with on-site work as needed to ensure successful project execution.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for designing and implementing renewable energy systems.Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.Candidates should ideally have familiarity with renewable energy technologies, sustainability principles, and basic energy efficiency concepts.Candidates should have problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior project experience in energy or infrastructure sectors.Key Responsibilities* Design and engineer Solar PV systems for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.* Perform system sizing and technical design for:  * On-Grid Solar PV Systems  * Off-Grid Solar PV Systems  * Solar Water Pumping Systems  * Solar Water Heating Systems* Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and engineering documentation.* Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Layout Drawings, and Shop Drawings.* Review project specifications, electrical drawings, and client requirements.* Coordinate with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.* Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.* Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power & Energy preferred).* Experience in Solar PV design and/or project execution.* Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken).* Strong proficiency in:  * PVsyst  * PV*SOL  * AutoCAD  * Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)* Familiarity with SketchUp, Helioscope, ETAP, or DIALux is considered an advantage.* Strong knowledge of:  * Solar PV System Design  * System Sizing & Equipment Selection  * Electrical Protection & Cable Sizing  * Mounting Structures  * Technical Documentation & Tendering  * International Standards and Best PracticesSkills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* High attention to detail.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.* Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.* Willingness to travel to project sites when required.What We Offer✔ Competitive Salary.✔ Performance-Based Incentives.✔ Annual Bonuses.✔ Career Growth Opportunities.✔ Professional Training and Development.✔ Opportunity to work on large-scale Renewable Energy projects across Egypt.How to ApplyComplete the application form:https://forms.gle/Ce7WknZHNgkCNcec6Or send your CV to:hr@mresenergy.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.MRES Renewable EnergyClear Energy     Bright Future⚡
