Python Full Stack Developer - 3+ Years - Immediate joiner

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience in backend development using Python, frontend development using React.js, and a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI concepts.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, and working with AI-powered features or services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Python.Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Develop reusable React components using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.Implement basic AI/ML and Generative AI functionalities into existing applications.Integrate AI APIs and services such as OpenAI or other LLM-based platforms.Understand and work with prompt engineering, embeddings, and basic RAG concepts.Perform application debugging, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.Required Technical SkillsBackend DevelopmentStrong programming experience in Python.Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services.Good understanding of OOP concepts and data structures.Frontend DevelopmentHands-on experience with React.js.Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.AI / Generative AI BasicsBasic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and AI API integrations.Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architecture is an added advantage.Exposure to OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks is preferred.Database & ToolsExperience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.Good to HaveExperience in developing AI-powered web applications.Knowledge of chatbot development and LLM integrations.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.Understanding of microservices architecture.Candidate Requirements3–5 years of relevant hands-on development experience.Strong Python and React.js development skills.Basic practical exposure to AI/GenAI concepts.Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
