The company’s AI products, including AI Lens and Career Lens, help businesses assess AI readiness and connect talent to suitable career opportunities.Role Description</strong> The Python Teacher will design and deliver structured Python programming lessons to learners at various skill levels, with a focus on practical, project-based learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curricula and lesson plans, explaining core programming concepts, guiding learners through coding exercises, reviewing assignments, and providing timely feedback. The role also involves creating and updating teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and collaborating with other instructors or coordinators to improve course quality. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, where on-site teaching and collaboration are combined with some work-from-home flexibility for preparation, grading, and virtual sessions.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core syntax, data structures, OOP, and standard libraries.Experience teaching, mentoring, or training learners in programming or technical subjects, in-person or online.Ability to design clear curricula, lesson plans, projects, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.Comfort using online teaching tools, code editors, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative platforms.Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with data analysis, web development, or AI/ML in Python is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, managing both classroom and remote responsibilities.
