QA Engineer – Airline IROPS Systems

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with Airline Operations experience, specializing in IROPS (Irregular Operations) systems — someone who understands real-world disruption scenarios and can ensure high-quality, reliable solutions for critical airline workflows.✈️ What You’ll Work OnTesting systems that manage flight disruptions, cancellations, and rebookingValidating passenger reaccommodation, crew recovery, and delay management flowsEnsuring seamless operations across airport, operations control, and IT teams during critical scenarios✅ Must-Have Skills3+ years in Airline Operations QA with IROPS expertiseStrong experience in:Passenger reaccommodation & crew recovery testingFlight disruption workflowsHands-on experience with:GDS / PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa preferred)NDC / IATA standardsExpertise in:E2E Functional Testing, SIT, UATStrong coordination with Ops Control, Airport & IT teamsExcellent skills in defect triage, RCA & stakeholder reporting🔧 Technical SkillsAPI/functional validation of airline workflowsKnowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport systemsUnderstanding of Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
