You will execute test strategies, contribute to automation efforts, and work closely with engineers and product managers to catch issues early and ship with confidence.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute test plans: Perform thorough functional, regression, and exploratory testing across features and releasesSupport automation: Contribute to and maintain automation frameworks and test scriptsCollaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and surface quality risks earlyDocument and report: Write clear bug reports, test cases, and test summaries that inform stakeholdersImprove test coverage: Identify gaps in existing test suites and propose improvements to coverage and processesParticipate in QA reviews: Contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives with a quality-focused lensRequirements2 - 4 years of hands-on QA experience in a product or software engineering environmentSolid experience with both manual testing and writing automated test scriptsFamiliarity with at least one automation framework (e.g. Maestro, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc)Experience with GitStrong attention to detail with the ability to think through edge cases and failure scenariosClear communicator who can work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
