QA Engineer - KVN Team

Kredivo is hiring Quality Assurance Engineering SDE 2 in the Jakarta Office. This position will report to the QA lead and will be accountable for ensuring product quality through effective test planning, execution, and continuous improvement of QA processes.In this role you will also be responsible for ensuring product quality through effective test planning, execution, and continuous improvement of QA processes. In addition, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve test coverage, and drive faster, more reliable releasesAbout The JobWork closely with product, design and engineering teams to understand product requirements and design/execute test plans with complete ownershipReview PRD and engineering design to share useful feedback on improvements before engineering execution cycleCarefully plan out release process including identifying inter-dependencies and backward compatibilityWork closely with dev operations team in planning, executing and verifying product releases and measuring impactReplicate bugs reported in production on staging environment and help troubleshoot and fix with urgencyHelp define, drive and implement QA best practices and processAbout You3+ years in manual and automated testing of web services and mobile applicationsStrong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Computer Science fundamentalsStrong understanding of testing best practices across white box, black box and regression testingStrong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills to test product quality for functional/non-functional requirementsExcellent with MySQLIntermediate level experience writing automation suites in any language of choiceGood understanding of HTTP, Web Services, OAuth and Restful APIsExperience working with CI tools like JenkinsExperience working with GitGood communication skills and strong attention to detailsAbility to work well in a team with humility, passion and self-motivationAbility to execute and understand Jenkins automation scripts
