QA Engineer / Platform Engineer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking technically skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the positions of QA Engineer / Platform Engineer. Responsibilities include reviewing technical requirements, developing test plans, preparing test cases, executing functional and regression tests, and documenting testing results. You will collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to identify defects, investigate issues, and verify that applications meet established specifications. Additional duties may include performing integration and compatibility testing, maintaining test documentation, tracking defects, and recommending improvements to testing procedures. You will also support automated testing initiatives, evaluate application performance, and help establish quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.As a Platform Engineer, you will focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing the technical platforms that support applications, services, and internal development workflows. Responsibilities include managing platform infrastructure, improving deployment processes, supporting system integrations, and enhancing the reliability and scalability of technical environments. You will work closely with software developers, DevOps teams, and infrastructure specialists to streamline development workflows and maintain consistent system performance. Additional duties may include configuring deployment pipelines, monitoring platform health, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, managing platform tools, and supporting cloud-based environments. You will also contribute to automation, system security, resource optimization, and the implementation of reliable platform engineering practices.Both positions require accurate technical documentation, effective communication, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will contribute to improved software quality, stable technical infrastructure, efficient development processes, and reliable digital services while supporting organizational objectives and maintaining high engineering standards.QualificationsA degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.Strong understanding of software development principles, system architecture, testing methodologies, and technical troubleshooting.Familiarity with test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks, scripting languages, and debugging tools is an advantage.Understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, infrastructure management, and system monitoring is beneficial for Platform Engineer roles.Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation tools is an advantage.Knowledge of version control systems, databases, APIs, and application integration.Ability to analyze technical problems, interpret requirements, and implement practical solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant technical documentation tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.A proactive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning, system reliability, and software quality.
