QA Lead

Role : QA Test Lead – Airline Domain (Chatbot Testing)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience : 12+ yearsJoining Preference: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a short notice periodWe are hiring experienced QA Test lead for a leading airline organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong software testing expertise and prior exposure to the airline/aviation domain, particularly in chatbot or conversational AI testing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.Test chatbot and conversational AI applications across web and mobile platforms.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing.Validate chatbot conversations, user journeys, intents, and response accuracy.Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA team members in an Agile environment.Ensure high-quality software releases that meet business and customer expectations.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automation).Hands-on experience with chatbot or conversational AI testing.Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of defect management and test management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Prior experience working in the Airline/Aviation domain is highly preferred.Experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or airline applications.Exposure to tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks is an advantage.
