Skillsets: Total Exp: 7 to 9 yrsJob Location: Senayan Area, Jakarta (Work from Office)Job Description:Candidate Must have experience in Defect governance or triage management.Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.Conduct daily defect triage meetings.Database testing Prioritize defects based on business impact and severity.Drive defect lifecycle governance and SLA adherence.Coordinate with Development, Testing, Product, and Business teams.Track defect leakage, aging, and closure metrics.Facilitate RCA discussions and preventive actions.Publish defect dashboards and governance reports.Support release readiness assessments.7-9 years of testing experience.3+ years in defect governance or triage management.Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management.Banking and Digital Banking experience.Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.Excellent communication skills.
