Job Title: QA Lead – Automation TestingExperience: 15+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 15+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA teams and define test strategies, test plans, and quality standards.Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Java/JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience in coding, automation scripting, API testing, and functional testing.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or similar tools.Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.Mentor QA engineers, review automation code, and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills

15+ years of QA/testing experience with team leadership.Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.Excellent programming and automation framework development skills.Experience with API testing, SQL, and CI/CD tools.Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Preferred: Agile/Scrum, cloud testing, and performance testing experience.
