In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the pre-contract and post-contract phases of projects. You will lead a team of QA/QC professionals, establish quality standards, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, decisive leadership, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards across all project deliverables.Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC strategies and procedures for pre-contract and post-contract project phasesLead, mentor, and supervise QA/QC team members, providing guidance on quality standards and best practicesConduct thorough quality inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirementsAnalyze quality data and prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actionsIdentify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues before they impact project deliveryCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns and implement solutionsMaintain comprehensive documentation of all QA/QC activities, test results, and compliance recordsEnsure adherence to relevant Saudi Arabian regulations, industry standards, and organizational policiesConduct training sessions for project teams on quality procedures and compliance requirementsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and recommend process improvementsManage quality-related communications with clients and regulatory authoritiesQualificationsMinimum 15 years of professional experience in QA/QC management within construction, engineering, or PMC environmentsProven expertise in pre-contract and post-contract quality management processesStrong knowledge of contract administration and compliance requirementsDemonstrated experience leading and managing QA/QC teamsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex quality dataProficiency in quality management software and toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesExperience with risk assessment and mitigation planningPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management certificationsExperience with project management methodologies and toolsBackground in construction or infrastructure projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareExperience with stakeholder management and client relationsKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
