QA/QC Engineer Civil

We are hiring for a QA/QC Engineer for a construction and contracting company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and quality control, ensuring construction activities, materials, and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards.Position: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in line with project and contractual requirements.Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing to ensure compliance with specifications.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, ITPs, and NCRs.Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on quality matters.Support internal, external, and third party quality audits.Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes.Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, and relevant construction standards.Experience with inspections, testing, NCRs, ITPs, and quality documentation.Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.Relevant QA/QC certifications are an advantage.UAE or GCC construction experience is mandatory.
