QA/QC Engineer

We are currently seeking a QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our project team in the UAE . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and quality management procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system.Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.Prepare, review, and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and related QA/QC documentation.Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements from a quality perspective.Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.Identify non-conformance issues, issue NCRs where necessary, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and project specifications.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a equivalent.Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer on construction projects.Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, material approvals, and project documentation.Good understanding of UAE construction standards and consultant inspection procedures..Proficiency in using quality documentation tools, report writing, and basic MS Office and project management software.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site.Prior experience in concrete repair, structural strengthening, or similar technical services is an advantage.Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.Immediate availability is preferred.
