QA/QC Engineer – HVAC Manufacturing

We are looking for a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the production of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and HVAC equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspections.Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for AHUs and HVAC equipment.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable quality standards.Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Prepare inspection reports, test reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.Investigate quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns.Support internal and external quality audits.Promote continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of QA/QC experience in HVAC manufacturing.Experience with Air Handling Units (AHUs) is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in an AHU manufacturing facility.Knowledge of HVAC testing procedures and international quality standards.If you are passionate about quality, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and become part of Systemair Saudi Arabia.
