QA/QC Engineer - PODS Specialist

The Quality Engineer in IRTH Group will be responsible to ensure that products, services, or processes meet specific quality standards and requirements. This involves developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections and tests, analysing data, and identifying and resolving quality issues. Ultimately, a QA/QC Engineer aims to deliver products or services that satisfy customer expectations and comply with industry regulations. They will play a key role in shaping IRTH Group's quality vision, driving excellence in work quality execution, and delivering projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.RequirementsKey Accountabilities:Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirementsMonitor PODs construction activities for compliance with plans and specificationsPerform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanshipReview subcontractor / supplier inspections and test plans against the scope of work and specificationPrepare and maintain progress reports and documentationCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on logistics and deliveriesAssist with resolving minor issues and answering questions from workersMonitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiersMaintain records of testing like concrete, steel ...etc, information and various metrics such as number of defective worksMaintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality controlPrepare and submit reports to the quality Representative / Sr. Quality EngineerReported to the Sr. Quality Representative.
