QA/QC Executive (MEP & Civil Background)

QA/QC ExecutiveKey Experience Required:QA/QC inspection experience in MEP works for residential/commercial buildings.Experience with water heaters, thermostats, plumbing fixtures and associated MEP installations.Knowledge of MEP material inspection and installation inspections.Inspection of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works as applicable.Experience checking installation against approved drawings, specifications and method statements.Preparation and maintenance of Inspection Requests (IR), checklists, NCRs and quality documentation.Conducting site inspections and identifying defects, deviations and workmanship issues.Coordination with MEP contractors, consultants, site engineers and project teams.Familiarity with testing & commissioning of MEP systems.Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements and approved materials.Experience in snagging, de-snagging and final inspection.Preferred Product/System ExperienceThe candidate should ideally have hands-on exposure to:Water heatersThermostatsPumpsPlumbing systemsWater supply and drainageElectrical connections for MEP equipmentHVAC systemsSanitary fixturesMEP equipment installationTesting & commissioning
