QA/QC Manager | Interior Fit-Out | Saudi ArabiaWe are currently recruiting for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a leading interior fit-out contractor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.This is a senior quality position responsible for leading the QA/QC function across high-quality interior fit-out projects, ensuring works meet client requirements, project specifications and international quality standards.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures across interior fit-out projects• Lead quality inspections throughout production, installation and project completion• Review project plans, shop drawings, material samples, product submittals and mock-ups• Manage quality documentation including Quality Plans, ITPs, NCRs, inspection reports and quality registers• Lead internal and external quality audits in line with ISO 9001:2015• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions• Work closely with project teams, site engineers, production teams, suppliers and subcontractors• Oversee quality across joinery production and installation, including ceilings, wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry and associated fit-out elements• Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance• Lead and develop the QA/QC team• Manage quality close-out, final handover and requirements throughout the defect liability periodCandidate Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent• Minimum 15 years' QA/QC experience within construction• Strong experience specifically within interior fit-out and joinery production• Previous KSA or wider GCC experience is essential• Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management Systems, ITPs, audits and non-conformance management• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery manufacturing and installation methods• Proven experience leading QA/QC teams and managing quality across multiple projects• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to take a senior role within a well-established contractor delivering high-quality interior projects in Saudi Arabia.To apply or find out more, please get in touch directly.
