QA/QC Manager

We are currently recruiting a QA/QC Manager on behalf of a leading Contractor delivering multiple large-scale building projects across the Kingdom.This role will be based in Al Khobar, KSA.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan across all project phasesManage and supervise the project QA/QC team, maintaining consistent quality standardsReview and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittalsCoordinate quality inspections with consultants and subcontractorsMonitor testing activities on site and maintain accurate quality recordsIssue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions to closureConduct regular site quality audits and inspectionsPrepare quality reports and report performance to senior management and clientsEnsure all approvals, certifications, and handover documents meet contractual and regulatory requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineCandidates must be currently based within KSA.15–20 years' QA/QC experience in construction, with a background at major construction companiesProven experience on large-scale building and infrastructure projectsHands-on experience preparing quality plans, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklistsProfessional QA/QC certification preferred; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification an advantageFluent English required; Arabic is a plusStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
