Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityWe are partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing Saudi Arabian group to appoint an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance and continuous improvement across its diversified operations.Operating across heavy equipment, construction support services, transportation, logistics and industrial services, the organization is undergoing a significant phase of growth and operational transformation.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take ownership of group-wide quality standards, strengthen governance frameworks and drive measurable improvements across multiple business units and operational sites.We are seeking a hands-on leader who can combine strategic quality governance with practical operational oversight, ensuring quality standards are consistently implemented, monitored and improved throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement and oversee comprehensive QA/QC frameworks, policies and procedures across multiple business units and operational sites.Quality Management Systems: Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and relevant industry standards.Auditing & Compliance: Conduct and oversee internal quality audits, operational inspections and compliance assessments, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.Operational Excellence: Identify quality risks, operational inefficiencies and process gaps, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve overall performance.SOP Development & Standardization: Establish and standardize quality procedures, operational guidelines and documentation across different business functions.Quality Performance & KPIs: Develop and monitor quality performance indicators, audit findings, corrective action closure rates and continuous improvement initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operational, technical, HSE and senior management teams to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance.Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of quality, accountability and operational excellence through training, process improvement and effective change management.RequirementsSaudi nationality is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Governance, Risk Management or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance or quality management.Strong experience within construction, heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, industrial services or similarly complex operational environments.Proven experience managing QA/QC activities across multiple operational sites, departments or business units.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality management systems, internal auditing and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing SOPs, quality governance frameworks and corrective action processes.Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and delivering measurable operational improvements.Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.What Will Set You Apart?We are particularly interested in candidates who have:Managed quality assurance and control across diversified industrial or operational businesses.Established or transformed quality management systems across multiple sites.Worked within asset-intensive environments involving heavy equipment, fleet operations, logistics or industrial services.Successfully implemented standardized QA/QC procedures and governance frameworks.Demonstrated a track record of improving operational quality, compliance and efficiency.Worked closely with senior leadership to drive organizational change and operational excellence.Why Join?This is more than a traditional QA/QC management position.
