The company delivers multidisciplinary services spanning design, project management, and construction supervision across infrastructure, buildings, and mission-critical facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory authorities.This role will work closely with Owners, Project Management teams, Construction Managers, General Contractors, Consultants, and Vendors to establish and maintain the highest standards of quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage all QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, standards, and authority regulations.Review and oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning activities, including CxL1B, CxL2, and CxL3.Monitor and manage FAT, SAT, ITP implementation, and quality documentation processes.Lead NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.Conduct quality audits and identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Project Teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.Monitor quality risks and implement mitigation measures to support successful project delivery.Maintain QA/QC records and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.Prepare and present quality reports to project stakeholders and senior management.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).Senior-level QA/QC professional with data center or hyperscale project experience. (8 – 10 years’ experience in QA/QC for large-scale construction or data center projects.Proven track record in installation inspections, testing, and commissioning (CxL1B, CxL2, CxL3).Familiarity with FAT/SAT, ITPs, NCR management, and Preventive controls and Corrective ControlStrong technical background in MEP, civil, and fit-out works.Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders (Owner, CM, GC, Vendors).Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), or equivalent.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract compliance/Authority Compliance/Standard and Code/Specification and Risk MitigationAbility to independently identify compliance gaps and enforce corrective actions.Proficiency in QA/QC documentation systems (Autodesk Forma, Procore, Nexus, etc.).Excellent reporting and communication skills in English (bilingual capability is a plus).
