Role: QA/QC Manager – Power & Energy Sector📍 Location: Abudhabi🏭 Industry: Power Generation / Energy / Industrial ServicesWe are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality function for an established organisation operating within the Power & Energy sector.The position will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS), maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, coordinating audits, managing nonconformities and corrective actions, and driving quality performance across projects and departments.Key Responsibilities🔹 Manage the QA/QC Department, personnel and quality-related activities🔹 Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS)🔹 Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and support certification activities🔹 Plan and coordinate internal and external quality audits🔹 Manage NCRs, corrective actions and follow-up, ensuring effective implementation🔹 Monitor quality risks, opportunities, objectives and KPIs🔹 Maintain control of QMS documentation, procedures, records and work instructions🔹 Prepare quality performance reports and support Management Reviews🔹 Support tendering and bid activities on quality-related requirements🔹 Monitor customer feedback, complaints and quality trends🔹 Support supplier and subcontractor quality evaluations🔹 Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and customer quality requirementsCandidate Profile✔️ Strong hands-on experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control and QMS management✔️ Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and certification requirements✔️ Experience coordinating internal/external audits, NCRs, CAPA and corrective actions✔️ Experience in QMS documentation, quality procedures, KPIs and Management Reviews✔️ Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities✔️ Candidates from the Power Generation / Energy / EPC / Industrial Services environment will be preferred📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV at recruiter1@earnesthrs.com
