The role ensures that all construction, installation, and production processes comply with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, contract requirements, and quality management procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage quality inspections for construction activities, manufacturing processes, and material deliveries to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements.Implement, monitor, and continuously improve QA/QC processes, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality control procedures across project sites and fabrication facilities.Coordinate and facilitate inspections with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party testing agencies, ensuring timely approvals and successful outcomes.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, root cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance project performance.Review and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, material approvals, quality dossiers, commissioning documentation, and project closeout deliverables.Monitor quality performance through audits, site surveillance, reporting, and trend analysis, providing recommendations to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.Collaborate with project, engineering, production, and procurement teams to promote a culture of quality, support training initiatives, and ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System and ISO standards.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 6-8 years of experience in QA/QC within construction, engineering, manufacturing, modular construction, or industrial projects.Proven experience managing site inspections, material inspections, NCR processes, testing activities, and quality documentation.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Architecture) – RequiredStrong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality assurance principles, and quality control processes.Comprehensive knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, quality procedures, and construction standards.Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality auditing principles is preferred.Experience in modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or prefabrication environments will be considered an advantage.What Makes a True AMANAian?We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners, and clients forward.
