Apply & track with Apply EdgeSECTION I: Job Summary The QA/QC Supervisor oversees day-to-day quality control activities across all site disciplines, supervising QC Inspectors, coordinating inspection and test plan execution, and ensuring consistent application of quality standards and procedures.SECTION II: Job Analysis Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines Ensure inspections, tests, and hold points are executed per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Review daily QC inspection reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation Coordinate hold point notifications and inspection scheduling with client/third-party inspectors Support the QC Manager in managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and corrective actions Conduct quality walkdowns and spot-check inspections across active work fronts Verify calibration and control of inspection and test equipment used by the QC team Coordinate training and technical guidance for QC Inspectors on inspection procedures and standards Liaise with construction supervision to resolve quality-related work front issues Support preparation and compilation of quality documentation for handover dossiers Report quality performance, trends, and issues to the QC Manager Support internal quality audits and readiness for client/third-party auditsRequirementsSECTION III: Performance IndicatorsEvaluated Based on Number and severity of non-conformances (NCRs) Inspection schedule/hold point compliance First-time inspection pass rate across disciplines Timely closure of NCRs and punch-list items Quality of QC team documentation and reportingSECTION IV: Required Skills & Abilities Core CompetenciesLeadershipAttention to DetailAnalytical ThinkingCommunication SkillsDecision MakingAccountabilityTechnical Skills Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Coordination Multidiscipline Inspection Standards Awareness NCR & Corrective Action Management QC Team Supervision & Scheduling Reading Technical Drawings & Specifications (multidiscipline)SECTION V: Required Experience and Education Experience 8-10 years of experience in quality control on EPC/industrial construction projects, including supervisory experienceEducation Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a related field QC/inspection certification preferred
