QA Staff

Job Responsibilities: Ensure implementation of Quality Management System standard according to ISO 9001:2015. Prepare, review, update, and control business processes, SOPs, policies, and other compliance-related documents. Conduct socialization, training, and internal communication for new or revised procedures. Identify gaps in processes and systems, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor, evaluate, and report continuous improvement projects  Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement events such as Innovation Day,Kaizen programs, and 5S  (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) activities. Perform data analysis for KPI monitoring and management reporting. Handle and follow up on customer quality complaints, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate and support external audits, including ISO, customer, and vendor audit. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the quality of products and services. Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) or a similar role. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Proficient in Continuous Improvement tools such as QC 7 Tools, QCC, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, etc. Experience as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards. Knowledge of PowerBI for data Visualization and reporting is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio (mandatory). Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
