QAD Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QAD ERP (2008 SE/2009 SE) and a deep understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance business processes. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Perform GAP analysis and recommend optimal QAD ERP solutions.Configure and implement QAD modules based on business needs.Support business process optimization initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.Develop functional specifications and documentation.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.Support system deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution.Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience as a QAD Functional Consultant.Strong experience with QAD ERP 2008 SE / 2009 SE.Functional expertise in one or more modules:ManufacturingSupply ChainFinanceExperience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.Understanding of manufacturing business processes and operations.Experience working with cross-functional business teams.Familiarity with Progress 4GL is an added advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in full-cycle QAD ERP implementations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in user training and change management.Manufacturing industry background preferred.Frontend Arts is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
