QAQC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for high-end Villa / Residential Projects.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor QA/QC procedures for villa construction works.Conduct inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality records.Identify non-conforming works and raise NCRs, ensuring timely corrective actions and closure.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams regarding quality requirements.Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved standards.Conduct quality inspections and site quality walks.Assist in preparing method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality documentation.Maintain proper QA/QC records and support project handover and closeout activities.Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in building construction.Villa, luxury residential, or high-end residential project experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.Good knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, MIR, WIR/IR, NCR, and quality procedures.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams.
