We are seeking a versatile QA/QC Engineer with a background in Civil & Electrical Engineering to join our power infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in quality control for High Voltage (HV) Substations, Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL), or both. You will execute and maintain the project quality management system to ensure all construction works meet client and international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInspections: Conduct regular site inspections based on your discipline (Civil foundation/structures or Electrical equipment/stringing).ITP Execution: Implement and track project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).Documentation: Maintain precise quality records, daily logs, and QA/QC punch lists for client review.Issue Resolution: Identify onsite non-conformances, issue internal NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.Testing Support: Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories (civil) or witness site acceptance tests (electrical).Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the power sector.Sector Expertise: Proven field experience specifically working on HV Substations or Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.

Technical Skills

Ability to read and interpret discipline-specific engineering drawings (SLDs, wiring diagrams, or structural plans).Communication: Strong technical reporting skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
