QAQC Inspector

WE ARE HIRING – QA/QC INSPECTOR | VILLA PROJECTSWe are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team for a Luxury Villa Project Project: Luxury Villa ProjectKey ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project quality standards.Raise and follow up on IRs, NCRs, observations, and quality-related reports.Coordinate with Site Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other project teams on quality matters.Review materials, workmanship, and installation activities to ensure compliance with approved requirements.Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records.Assist in preparing and implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.Ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented and closed.Participate in inspections, testing, snagging, and handover activities.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction.Must have experience in Villa/Luxury Villa Projects.Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, ITPs, Method Statements, and quality procedures.Familiarity with consultant/client inspection procedures.Good communication and coordination skills.Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
