QAQC Manager

Manage quality assurance and quality control processes across assigned projects, ensuring construction works comply with specifications, standards and client quality requirements.Lead the implementation of quality management systems and provide quality leadership to site supervision teams.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 years’ experience in quality assurance/quality control within construction, including experience managing QA/QC functionsStrong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and construction quality standardsExperience developing inspection and test plans (ITPs) and managing non-conformance processesStrong understanding of KSA construction codes and international quality standardsKSA experience preferredLead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project quality management plans in line with client and contractual requirementsReview and approve contractor inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements and quality proceduresLead site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standardsManage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely resolution of quality issuesOversee material testing and certification processes, ensuring compliance with approved standardsProvide quality management training and guidance to site supervision and contractor teamsPrepare quality performance reports and present findings to project management and clientsSupport the development and continuous improvement of company-wide quality management systemsCoordinate with design and site teams to resolve quality-related technical issuesSupport project close-out by ensuring quality records and certifications are complete and accurateCore competenciesQuality ManagementISO 9001Inspection & TestingAudit ManagementConstruction StandardsLeadershipCommunication SkillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
