QAQC Section Head

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Section Head to join our team for villa construction.Position: QA/QC Section HeadProject: Villa / Residential ConstructionKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage QA/QC activities for villa construction works.Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and applicable standards.Supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors and coordinate daily inspection activities.Review and approve Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality documentation.Monitor site activities and ensure workmanship meets required quality standards.Manage NCRs, observations, corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on quality-related matters.Conduct inspections, quality audits, and site quality walks.Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of project quality records and handover documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering8–12+ years of QA/QC experience in building construction.Strong experience in villa, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, structural, and finishing works.Good knowledge of ITPs, method statements, MIRs, IRs, NCRs, and quality management procedures.
