Title: QC Analyst III – Flow Cytometry & Cell Culture (Perm)Location: Portsmouth, NH Employment Type: Full-time / PermanentStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleJoin a Quality organization as a senior bench-based QC Analyst III supporting cGMP release testing and laboratory quality activities. This role focuses on advanced biological and immunological testing, investigations, method validation, and compliance within a regulated laboratory environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cGMP release testing using flow cytometry, cell culture, PCR, ELISA, and cell counting.Support analytical method transfers, qualifications, and validation activities.Review laboratory records, calculations, and data for GDP and protocol compliance.Lead OOS and laboratory deviation investigations, including root-cause analysis.Author and coordinate CAPAs, Change Controls, SOPs, and test documentation.Train junior QC personnel and provide hands-on laboratory guidance.Qualifications3–4+ years of QC laboratory experience in a cGMP biomanufacturing or regulated clinical testing environment.Hands-on experience with cell culture, flow cytometry/immunophenotyping, PCR, and immunological assays.Experience with OOS investigations, laboratory deviations, and root-cause analysis.Familiarity with LIMS and quality systems such as TrackWise preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related technical science discipline required.
