These core values are the foundation of our organization which our employees embrace in their interactions with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders, to drive financial performance and create a rewarding work environment.Who are we looking for?The incumbent will be responsible for performing laboratory procedures for testing in process and finished products from manufacturing, raw material samples prior to use in manufacturing.What will you be doing?Perform receiving, in- process and outgoing inspectionParticipate in new project evaluationAssist Laboratory supervisor on analyzing/investigation on customer returns sample/customer complaints, generate investigation report Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormalityMethod validation and troubleshootingStatistical analysis and data interpretationReport writingInvestigation and root cause analysisManage calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipmentLiaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Lab equipmentLab consumable inventory control, puchase and issue POLead and provide training to QC technicianManage measurement System Analysis (MSA)Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all timesAny other tasks as and when assigned.Able to perform overtime when requiredExpected to be on a 12-hours permanent shift, 4 days work a weekWho are You?Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in chemistry or related field and at least 2 years of laboratory working experience Proficient in hands-on operation of analytical tools and lab based instruments. Candidate should have a solid undestanding of analytical accuracy and precison, demonstrate strong analysis skills and attention to detail, and show willingness to learn new sampling techniquesWhat competencies will you need?Effectively bilingual in english and mandarin to communciate with external suppliers or vendors based in mainland China.
