QC Inspector (Civil)We are seeking a highly skilled QC Civil Inspector to join our EPC project team within the oil and gas industry. Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.YOUR ROLEAs a QC Inspector (Civil), you willConduct inspections of civil works including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, and underground servicesEnsure all construction activities align with approved drawings, ITPs, and method statementsReview and verify material approvals, test reports, and inspection recordsWitness site tests (concrete, compaction, soil testing, etc.) and maintain documentationRaise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and monitor corrective actionsCoordinate with project engineers, contractors, and third-party inspectorsEnsure compliance with international codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI)Maintain quality records and support audits and client inspectionsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExperienceMinimum 5+ years’ experience in QC inspection within EPC oil & gas projectsExperience in major projects (refineries, pipelines, petrochemical plants) is preferredEducation / Certifications / LicensesDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringCertifications such as CSWIP, ISO 9001, or equivalent are an advantageSkills and CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced site environmentStrong knowledge of civil construction activities and QA/QC proceduresWHAT WE OFFERThe chance to contribute to some of UAE’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to be part of our team?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join Target Engineering and Construction Co.
