Key Responsibilities

Perform raw material analysis in accordance with approved specifications, quality plans, and established testing procedures.Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments, including HPLC and UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Conduct routine testing of incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Monitor and analyze intermediate-stage batches during shift operations using HPLC techniques.Identify deviations and provide timely analytical support to the production team for process control and optimization.Prepare analytical solutions, mobile phases, reagents, and standard preparations as per approved test methods and SOPs.Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals, solvents, and laboratory materials in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.Maintain laboratory records and follow established quality procedures.Eligibility CriteriaQualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.Experience:M.Sc. Chemistry: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.B.Sc.
