قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجQC Inspector: -A Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with industry standards, project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements. Their main goal is to identify defects, prevent non-conformance, and maintain high-quality standards.Inspect, monitor, and verify quality at every stage to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.Quality Assurance Enforcement: Ensure that all project activities adhere to specified quality standards.Check materials, welding, piping, instrumentation, and construction work for compliance with design specifications. Raised and resolve any quality issuesMaintain the preservation records. Maintain detailed inspection records and report deviations.Ensure that all activities comply with local Saudi Aramco standards and international standards, such as API, ASTM, ASME, and ISO or any other applicable standards. Perform or witness tests (hydrostatic, pneumatic, radiographic, etc.). Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Attend department Audit internal or external.Witness PM execution minimum of 30% of planned activities Identify potential quality issues before they escalate into major problems. Conduct routine inspections of on-site construction and installation activities. Review the task list for any change and proposed to Maintenance Engineer for approval. Monitor contractors’ work for adherence to quality standards. Verify material certificates and ensure compliance with project specs. Inspect incoming equipment, pipes, valves, components, tools, spares.Inspect welding, piping fabrication, and structural work for defects. Maintain the WPS or welder performance records. Ensure proper welding procedures, techniques, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).Ensure inspection activities follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
