QC Microbiologist III 📍 Hoofddorp, Netherlands ⏰ Full-time 📅 Monday-Friday | 08:30-17:00 🔄 One weekend every 4 weeksAbout the RoleWe are looking for a QC Microbiologist III to join a Quality Control Microbiology team of 20+ analysts with different levels of seniority. This position combines laboratory responsibilities with ownership of quality systems activities, including investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.As part of the QC Microbiology team, you will support laboratory operations, serve as a laboratory coordinator, and act as the first point of contact for the laboratory team while providing guidance to Micro I and Micro II analysts.Key ResponsibilitiesOverview of deviations and impact assessments (initiation/ownership).Process and monitor INVAs.Delegate tasks and lead Micro II and Micro I analysts.Inform and escalate issues to Team Leads.Manage Change Controls.Manage CAPAs.Support and perform laboratory work.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related area of expertise.More than 6 years of Microbiology laboratory and/or Environmental Monitoring experience.Experience with microbiological techniques, including: Air Monitoring, water testing, surface monitoring, genus and species identification of microorganisms, gram stainingExperience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operationsKnowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), regulations and Quality Control processesExperience managing deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs.Working ScheduleThis position follows a standard working schedule:Monday-Friday: 08:30-17:00One weekend every 4 weeks
