Arabia.Description:Monitor and ensure all QHSE weekly / monthly reports are compiled, reviewed, and submitted on target date and time.Leading and conducting Fire and other emergency Drills in coordination with client, and local authorities for all locations under your responsibility in accordance to approved emergency response plans.Advise the respective Facility Managers, Supervisors, and the rest of the on-site teams in closing out the audit comments raised from the client audits and other second party audits and directing them to reach 100% compliance.Monitor and ensure HSE external training in coordination with third party is carried out, and monitor and ensure HSE Toolbox Talks, job related briefings, induction trainings.Monitor, establish, prepare, and review projects specific Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Registers and following up on implementation of control measures to mitigate the risks to an acceptable level or eliminate them if applicable.Lead and conduct Incident Investigations and recommend robust corrective and preventive action plans, reviewing policies and procedures if required.Carry out regular Weekly / Monthly QHSE inspections, lead and advise the respective managers and supervisors on the best realistic and reasonably practicable controls.Discuss and produce reports with FM team on safe operation of technical equipment such elevators, BMU, and electrical doors, HV, LV systems, Fire protection systems, Fire Alert and Firefighting systems, HVAC systems, Gas systems, access control systems, storage and distribution systems are maintained in a safe manner.Monitor and Direct QHSE activities to ensure the clients QHSE related SLA/KPIs are met.Coordinate all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment function and provide technical support in all issues related to QHSE and ensure compliance, local regulations and Client Contractual SLA & KPI’s Monitor and ensure all QHSE weekly / monthly reports are compiled, reviewed, and submitted to the QHSE manager.Support, train, monitor and mentor Safety Champions, First Aiders and Fire Wardens in the performance of their duties.Assist with monitoring performance according to agreed standards and act, where required, to improve performance standards and achieve goals.Liaise with clients and suppliers when affected by quality issues.Prepare environmental reports, as required.Leading and conducting Fire and other emergency Drills and exercises to test emergency preparedness in coordination with clients, and local authorities for all locations under your responsibility in accordance to approved emergency response plans.Advise the respective Facility Managers, Supervisors, and the rest of the on-site teams in closing out the audit comments.Monitor and incidents, and near misses to prevent recurrence.Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required.Identify areas for improvement in QHSE processes.Implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with relevant authorities for emergency response.Maintain systems to measure performance against agreed standards.Monitor performance according to agreed standards and act, where required, to improve performance standards and achieve goals.Lead the implementation of QHSE policies and practices.Extend support to the QHSE manager and Procurement team in reviewing and assessing the Contractors QHSE performance.Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all legislation and any developments that affect the FM industry.Ensure the implementation of DAB and project approved HSE Plan.Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality certifications.Maintain detailed records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements.Undertake regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental awareness.Identify opportunities for environmental improvement.Monitor and report on the organization's environmental performance.Provide training to employees on QHSE matters and practices.Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality certifications.Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.Experience:+3 Years of Experience in similar fieldRelated experience in Facilities managementAware about ISO StandersEducation:Bachelor’s Degree Engineering/QHSE.OSHA, NEBOSH, or Related certificate.Job Details:• Location: Riyadh, Saudi
