QHSE Manager

Our client is a leading Facilities Management consultancy and services organization providing FM advisory, management and operational solutions for large and complex facilities and public environments in Saudi Arabia.They are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities across integrated FM operations in Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain integrated QHSE systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Oversee QHSE across integrated FM operations, including hard FM, soft services, maintenance, cleaning and landscaping.Monitor and audit FM contractors, ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements, RAMS, permits, risk assessments and corrective actions.Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments and emergency preparedness activities.Support mobilisation, transition and operational readiness of FM services.Monitor QHSE KPIs and contractor performance and provide reports/recommendations to senior management and clients.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and Civil Defense requirements.Promote a strong QHSE culture across employees, contractors and service providers.Requirements10+ years of progressive QHSE experience, including 5+ years in a QHSE leadership role.Mandatory: Experience within FM consultancy, FM advisory or Managing Agent environments.Strong experience in integrated facilities management and multi-contractor environments.Exposure to hard and soft FM, landscaping, cleaning and maintenance.Experience with large facilities, public destinations, parks, landscaped environments, cultural venues or high-footfall sites is highly preferred.Experience in FM mobilisation, transition and construction-to-operations interfaces.Strong knowledge of Saudi QHSE legislation and Civil Defense requirements.NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent QHSE qualification.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management or a related discipline.ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification is highly desirable.
