Location: Offshore – Virginia, USAVessel: HOS Black FootRotation: 5x5 or 4x4 on/off (12-hour shifts)Duration: ASAP - November 2026We are currently seeking an experienced HSE / Medic to support offshore operations on a major Offshore Wind Project in the United States.

This role combines QHSE oversight with frontline medical support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and compliance of offshore personnel

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical care to offshore personnel, including emergency response, occupational health treatments, and accurate documentation of all casesMaintain and operate the offshore medical facilities, ensuring readiness, functionality, and availability of sufficient medical supplies and equipmentEnsure proper documentation and filing of medical reports, compile statistics, and provide analysis and reports as requiredOversee occupational health and hygiene programs, including health surveillance, fitness-to-work monitoring, and workplace environment assessmentsAssist in planning and conducting emergency drills and training exercises, evaluate medical preparedness, and recommend improvementActively participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks, providing medical and health-related input where relevantSupport incident investigations from a medical perspective, ensuring findings and corrective actions are documented and followed upCarry out medical inspections onboard, ensuring compliance with health standards, proper reporting, and effective follow-upTechnical profile requirements5 years’ experience as Offshore Medic in high-risk industriesGood knowledge & experience with MS OfficeExperience with Offshore Wind operations is a plusWillingness to travel abroad on 4:4 or 5:5 rotationFit for Offshore workNon-Technical profile requirementsPragmatic, proactive and forward-thinkingTeam player, excellent communication skills, tactfulful.Service-oriented and problem-solving attitudeCritical and analytical thinkingAccurate, efficient in organising your workJob-specific certification requirementsHSE Offshore Medic (or similar)Licensed MedicNEBOSH IDIP/Certificate or similar (through experience) is a plusOffshore-specific certifications requirementsFull GWOOffshore MedicalHelicopter Underwater Escape Techniques (HUET) CA-EBSChester Step Test (or similar)Bi-deltoid measurementVisa RequirementsUS National/PR or holder of OCS (Annotation) B1 Wind Visa
